The alkaline saliva thing sounded like marketing fluff, but after three weeks my gums don't bleed when I floss, and my mouth feels cleaner between brushings than it ever did with plain water. The tip clicks in securely and the SLS-free aspect is a nice touch for someone with sensitive tissue.

I was skeptical at first, but the infuser tip really does seem to make a difference—my mouth feels cleaner longer between brushings. The SLS-free aspect is a big plus for me since my gums used to get irritated. Shipping from Carlsbad was quick too.
