Syljen pH-testiliuskat

The color chart is super easy to read, so I can tell exactly where my mouth stands in seconds. I check it a few times a week and have already caught that my pH dips after coffee, which explains a lot. It’s become a quick little ritual I actually look forward to.

I’ve been testing mine first thing in the morning and the color chart on the tube makes it super easy to match the result, even half-asleep. The strips are sturdy and don’t fall apart when wet, which was my main worry. It’s a simple habit that’s already making me more aware of my oral routine.

Checked my pH before brushing and after coffee, the difference was surprisingly clear within seconds. The color chart on the tube makes matching super easy, even in dim lighting. These strips are now part of my morning routine for tracking how my mouth’s doing.
